SPN Season 6 Finale

varianceOk, so it is SPN, so I knew it wasn't going to have a happy ending or be all nicely tied up with a bow, but really show? Really? :-(
I know I'll watch season 7 regardless, but I'm really hoping it isn't going to as much of a letdown as this season. I loved the last few episodes, but my trust in any sort of good or consistent storytelling is all but destroyed. I just kept seeing all these cool places the show could go...and they never went there (or did a half-ass job of going there and then moved quickly on).
It annoys me that the first post I've made in ages is negative, so I'll stop now and let others do all the complaining for me. Just needed to get that off my chest - this show is so much under my skin the annoyance was beginning to fester.
Come on back over here, show, I'm worried you are jumping the shark! I foresee loads of fix-it fics in the immediate future...
